A tabletop exercise that simulates a realistic crisis scenario. You will be presented with a series of evolving situations and asked to respond as a team, just as you would in a real incident.
The scenario unfolds through a series of injects: new information that changes the situation. After each inject, your team will discuss, make decisions, and determine next steps.
Participate openly. Share your perspective. There are no trick questions. We want to hear how you think about problems, not test whether you know the "right" answer.
The scenario is fictional but designed to feel real. Discussions during the exercise stay in the room. The purpose is learning, not evaluation.
This is not a test. There is no pass or fail. The goal is to explore how your team responds to pressure, identify gaps you might not see in day-to-day operations, and walk away with concrete improvements. Every insight, including "we don't know", is a valuable outcome.
